Yes, you may filter the Restaurant List via Take Away Type, Restaurant Ratings, Minimum Delivery, and Cuisine. If you’re looking for a particular restaurant, you can simply search the Restaurant by name via the Search Bar.

  4. Delivery – will filter those restaurants which are currently providing deliveries.
  5. Pickup - will filter those restaurants which are currently accepting collection orders
  6. Search - Type in the Restaurant’s name

We accept payment by Cash, Card or Credits, which are obtained via Voucher Codes, Promo Codes, our Loyalty Scheme as well as the Corporate Accounts Scheme.

We accept all Cards at this time. If you encounter any issues with your card, kindly speak to Time ot Eat Support immediately.

Kindly note that the confirmed time given is only an estimate. Time to Eat and its valued Restaurant Partners do their utmost to deliver within the time provided. Should your food be more than 1 hour late, you may request a full refund from Time to Eat.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel the order and refund your payment. If the order is confirmed and the food preparation has already started, we will not be able to issue a refund. Kindly note that once an order has been processed, we can never guarantee a refund or cancellation.

Yes! We are fully compliant with all local and EU laws and regulations. Moreover, we’ve been operating and providing a hassle-free online ordering service for over 7 years.

You are required to disclose any Allergy or Special Dietary Requirements to the restaurant and Time to Eat via the Comments section when submitting your order. If your condition is serious, we recommend that you add the comment multiple times to be extra safe.

Kindly note that we do not have direct contact with any of the food we deliver and if any issues arise, please contact us immediately.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and we will investigate and escalate to the payments team.

Kindly note that our payments team are only available on weekdays from 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays and weekends.

When an order is rejected, we automatically void the payment. The funds may take up to 24 hours to return to your account depending on the bank you use. In the unlikely event that the funds do not return to your account kindly contact the Time to Eat support team for them to investigate.

If your order was first accepted, and then cancelled by the restaurant, kindly contact our customer support team immediately to request your refund.

Go to www.timetoeat.com.mt and access your account settings from the top right corner. Click on the Order History tab and click on "Rate Restaurant"

Go to www.timetoeat.com.mt and access your account settings from the top right corner. Click on the Credits tab and enter the code in the field provided. You can also view your credit balance here.

Before submitting your order, please choose "Credits" as your payment method. If the total value of the order exceeds the amount of Credit in your account, the difference will be deducted automatically from Credit Card registered to your account.

If the total value of the order is less than the amount of Credit in your account, any remaining credit will remain in your account until you use it on your next order.

NB : Any Credit obtained via Voucher Codes does not expire and is not exchangeable, transferrable or refundable.

Fiscal receipts can only be obtained via Time to Eat if your order was paid for by Card. To download your fiscal receipt, go to www.timetoeat.com.mt and access your account settings from the top right corner. Click on the Order History tab, find your order and click "Download Receipt" as seen below :

NB : Ensure your pop-up blocker is disabled on Time to Eat when doing this.

Please note that any Orders that are paid for by CASH must be delivered with a Fiscal receipt included. Should any restaurant fail to do this, feel free to report this to our support team. A Fiscal Receipt must contain a restaurant’s VAT information, otherwise it is not considered as valid.
