We may share your Restaurant order history and other dining information and preferences with that Restaurant and other restaurants under the same ownership.

• to provide you with dining gift certificates and other products, promotional materials and
services of the Website, under applicable terms and conditions
• to provide you with information about the services of the Website,
• to provide services which Users are entitled to under applicable terms and conditions,
• to produce aggregate statistical data for the improvement of services offered by the Website,
• to use the aggregate statistical data for promotional purposes,

How do we handle and store your data?
To place an order on Time to Eat you will have to provide us with the information:
- Choice of restaurant
- Your actual order
- Delivery address (unless you choose to collect the order yourself)
- Phone number
- Name and Surname
- E-Mail address

This data is used to carry out your order request and make sure it is delivered to you, meaning that the chosen restaurant is receiving a physical receipt with your:
- Name and Surname
- Delivery address (unless you choose to collect the order yourself)
- Phone number
- Your order items

In cases where the restaurant doesn’t deliver the order itself, but is using the FetchIt delivery service, all the data is send to Fetchit Technologies Ltd. which is Maltese registered company with the registration number: C79744

The data is stored on encrypted servers which are owned and maintained by BMIT Ltd. which is a Maltese registered company with registration no. C39594

How to download your data?
To download your data, you have to log in to your user account and go to your profile.
Under your profile you will find an option called download data and when you click on that the downloading of data will begin.
